    To become a leading valve supplier, advanced equipment and facilities and prospective investment are indispensable. Y&B VALVE has already finished the planning of new casting and forging workshops. A series of advanced testing equipment are continually being introduced from overseas. Mr Lin said: "Our forging workshop has already been started and is expected to be put into operation early next year. The casting workshop related things have already been on the schedule. The valve output will reach 30,000 tons per year, 80% full production capacity can support Casting and Forging workshops. Moreover, in addition to equiping more CNC equipment, processing equipment and test equipment for API 6A products, cryogenic valves have also been developed. Y&B VALVE will invest more than 1,000 million to build a comprehensive testing laboratory around the plant, which will cover the overall content such as forging, cryogenic test, high temperature test, life test, torque test, radioactive detection and etc." Mr. Zhou also pointed out:"Currently, environmental issues have been greatly concerned by the international community. Domestically, the case like the relocation of Guangzhou refinery is not rare. I think, the society and civil organizations will supervise government and end users to develop a more stringent emission standard. For example, Shell already has its own low leakage standard to control emissions, thus striving to reduce the pollution. I believe more and more companies will have higher environmental awareness. The life test of our lab is designed to meet the requirements of low leakage. Now we recommend some end-users the right valves according to application conditions.”

    Speaking of how to serve customers, Mr Lin pointed out that in the past, China valve companies mainly focuses on the "product", like price and quality,and etc., but Y&B valve lays stress on "people" at the outset, that is, provides targeted services through in-depth understanding of customer needs. "For the valve supplier, there is no 100% guaranteed product quality. Our valves are to custommers what our equipment supplier to our company production. After-sales service will determine the actual capacity, periods and satisfaction. In actual service, in addition to efforts to meet the needs of our customers, we will also consider their potential, long-term needs, our technical process, product design, application conditions will be more experienced, so in these areas, we always think in the customers’ perspective and propose a variety of professional optimizing suggestions. “This not only reflects our good faith to ensure the best interests of the customers, but also lay a solid foundation for our follow-up sustained cooperation. " Mr. Lin said.

    Looking ahead to valve industry, Mr. Lin believes that the opportunities outweigh the challenges, "Although to achieve the goal of world first class valve supplier requires a long process, and recently the global economy is battered by the financial crisis, but human society progress is irresistible.
