The Gate Valve is of yoke type with the rising non-rotating stem and flexible wedge. The seat and wedge have their sealing surfaces hardfaced with hard-surface alloy. The seats are pressed into the body and closed. The stem is packed with gland in the self-sealing bonnet.

The gate valves are made for the following pressures: X - PN 63, 100, 160, 250

ASSEMBLY

The Gate Valve can be assembled in both horizontal and vertical piping. In the servomotor-operated gate valve, the el. servomotor’s regulations must be observed.

OPERATION

The gate valve can be operated with handwheel (ON 13 3114), servomotor, or from a stand (ON 13 3140 and ON 13 3142). The servomotor type and a maximum hydraulic gradient shall be specified by the supplier.

CONNECTION

The structural lengths are stated in the table below. Buttweld ends as per CSN 13 1075. The gate valve can also be supplied in the flange design with the structural lengths as per CSN EN 558-1. The DN 65 - 100 gate valve can be supplied only in PN 100, 160, and 250.
